This Ain't Why, 2019

This Ain’t Why was a student-led event series and fundraising campaign led by Wesleyan students with the help of The Resource Center.

The campaign sought to uplift the voices of underrepresented and underserviced students to advocate for resources to meet their needs. In March through May of 2019, I designed posters and flyers for this initiative.

Using images of the Cardinal, our mascot, and playing with the same typography and format used for the university’s official This is Why campaign collateral, these flyers highlighted the tensions between administrative interests and students’ demands.
